How can it motivate those sales teams to be more successful?
During onboarding, we listened, asked questions, and learned. Then we designed the Team Acura podcast, an innovative series that informed and entertained. Twice a month for three seasons, we profiled the people behind the brand, with conversations that armed sales teams with an insider’s look at innovations, strategies, and sales techniques for new models. Acura posted the episodes on its internal communications platform.
